With 22 years of experience in fields ranging from finance and banking to Greenfield entrepreneurial ventures, Gonan holds a wealth of knowledge in a wide spectrum of businesses. Gonan has more than ten years of knowledge from the hotel & leisure industry, eight years in banking, finance and investments and five years as a successful entrepreneur, investor and business owner. It was the inspiration that grew from her own personal growth and associated fulfillment that gave birth to the idea to ‘touch as many people and organizations as possible in order to help increase their quality of their lives and businesses.’

Coaches Training Institute

In 2004, balancing her business obligations with that of traveling to Europe to become a qualified coach she started a partnership with the highly respected coaching academy – Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. After an intensive period of learning and education Gonan became the first internationally accredited CPCC coach in Dubai in 2005. The same year she introduced the Coaches Training Institute core curriculum to the Middle East. Since the first course in 2005, CTI Dubai has seen hundreds of participants partake in the courses and more than 75 coaches have completed the core curriculum and graduated. Several of the graduates have completed their coaching certification and also hold the internationally coveted CPCC certification.
