Professional coaching qualifications at all levels are now available, says Gonan Premfors, PF Interaction, Coaching & Development

In partnership with PF Interaction of Dubai, the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) is starting its world class Co-Active Coach Training programme for individuals and organizations in the UAE. CTI, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) is regarded as one of the top three coaching training companies in the world. Over the last decade, more than 11,000 coaches, consultants, managers, and new careers explorers in a number of countries have developed coaching, leadership, and business developmeny competencies through the programme.

While the CTI programme is idela for anyone who wishes to further their skills as an executive coach or a life coach, it is particularly useful for professionals working in the fields of HR, directors of large corporations, individuals in a leadership position, managers, training managers, consultants, in-house coaches, teachers, and counsellors.

In addition to public courses, CTI will also offer tailor made, in-house workshops for individual companies with 12 to 26 participants. Basic, intermediate and advanced coach training courses start later this year. Space is limited, and you are advised to book early. The advanced programmes will be also be accredited by ICF, and the Relationship Systems Programme will provide accreditation for group and team coaching.
